摘要
针对目前管式泵自喷转抽完井管柱不能实现堵塞的问题,研究了自喷转抽管柱堵塞技术。其技术方案是设计顶杆式泵下撞击器和筛管堵塞器,将自喷转抽完井管柱封堵,完井后从井口加压,将顶杆式泵下撞击器打掉,并靠重力作用下落,再将筛管堵塞器撞开,从而形成泵的抽汲进液通道。该技术在胜利油田共应用47井次,成功率100%,有效解决了带压作业时自喷转抽管柱不能实现堵塞的技术难题,为广泛开展油井带压自喷转抽提供了技术保障。
According to the problem that the blockage of the well completion string in the artesian flow-to-pump well cannot be achieved,the flow-to-pump string blocking technology was studied. The technological scheme is that the jogger-like striker below the pump and the blocker of the screen pipe are first designed for plugging the flow-to-pump completion string,then pressure boost is carried out at the wellhead after well completion,subsequently the striker is removed and the blocker is stricken open,and finally the channel for swabbing and feeding liquid is formed. The technology was applied 47 well-times in the Shengli Oilfield with 100 percent success rate. It offers an effective solution to the technical problem that the flow-to-pump string cannot be blocked during the operation under pressure and provides the technical support for extensive application of pressurized flow-to-pump technology.
