摘要
文章对四极管的二次电子放射进行了阐释,分析了产生负阻振荡的机理,并结合DF-100APSM短波广播发射机发生的负阻振荡故障实例,阐述了负阻振荡的危害及防止负阻振荡的方法。
The article has explained secondary eldctron radiation of the tetrode,ananlyzed the mechanism of how negative resistance oscillation happens,and it explained the harm and prevention methods of the negative resistance oscillation combining with the example that DF-100A PSM short-wave radio transmitter occurred the negative resistance oscillation fault.
