摘要
介绍了一种基于MES的质量监控系统的结构组成以及软件模型设计,能够实现数据采集、统计过程分析、质量诊断并给出质量改进意见。传统的SPC应用系统产生的分析结果必须由质量专家来解释,但基于MES的无人的先进制造环境要求实现解释过程的自动化。该系统能够帮助选择和设计各种基于规则或者启发式模型的质量控制图,并通过配置和运用规则集合来提供专家解释。同时,当生产过程出现异常现象时,质量专家系统会提供适当的改进措施。
The system helps in collecting statistical data and thereafter analyzes the enormous volume of data and aids in making quality related decisions. The structure and software model is introduced in papar. In contrary to convectional SPC applications where the analyzed results have to be interpreted by quality control specialists. MES based unmanned manufacturing environments require automation of the interpretation process. The developed quality monitoring system helps in selecting and designing control charts based on various cost, rule or heuristics models. The system also provides interpretation expartlse by configuring and applying various rule sets. On violation of these rules, signals are geared by the system and the expert system advices for appropriate remedial actions.
