摘要
目前市场上雕刻机CAD/CAM系统多局限于平面雕刻或曲率变化不大的三维曲面雕刻。针对此现状,提出了一种基于IPC的多幅面组合雕刻算法。该算法能够将多种格式图形数据计算转化成加工流程所需的矢量参数以用于G代码的生成,实现了在曲率变化较大的多幅面组合工件表面进行连续雕刻的功能。
At present, carving CAD/CAM system was mostly limited to plane or 3D surfaces with little-changed curvature carving. A muhi-surfaces combinatorial engraving algorithm based on the IPC was presented. It can transform many different formats graphics data into machining vector parameter which is used to generate G code, and achieve the continuous carving on the multi-surfaces combinatorial workpieces.
