基于变频技术的电刷镀机床开发

摘要 基于变频调速技术,实现了电刷镀机床主轴的无级变速控制;应用电气控制系统,实现了机床启动、停止、调速、状态显示以及运行保护等功能的自动控制,从而提高电刷镀机床的生产效率和自动化程度。该设备已在天津工程机械研究院的"平地机关键零部件的再制造技术及其产业化"这一科研项目中得到成功应用。 Based on frequency control, the infinitely variable speeds control for machine tool spindle was realized. Through the designing of electric control system, the functions such as start, stop, speed control, status display and protection were realized automatically. The automatieity and productivity effect were increased remarkably. This electric brush-plating machine tool has been applied successfully in the project of "Remanufactury technique and its industrialization for motor grader key parts" in Tianjin research institute of construction machinery.
