摘要
介绍了引进德国SL公司的柔性制造单元(FMC)开发的机电一体化培训系统,该系统由1个五轴联动的机器人、1台数控车床、1台数控铣床、2个高架仓库和环型柔性物料输送系统组成。该系统基于EXSL-WIN7软件,把CAD/CAM铣削模块作为数控培训模块的辅助扩展模块,从而提高了数控编程的效率,并有助于提高数控培训人员的编程质量与数控培训模块指导教师的检验效率。
The system of electromeehanieal integration training was researched based on the FMC of SL Company which is introduced from Germany. It is consist of five-axis robot, a CNC lathe, a CNC milling machine, two high-rack storages and a transport system of circle flexible materials. The system is based on EXSL-WIN7 software, which uses the milling module of CAD/CAM as an assistant extended module of numerical control training modules. The results show that the efficiency of numerical control programming is enhanced. The programming quality of numerical control trainer and the test efficiency of guidance teachers of numerical control training modules are improved.
