摘要
根据斩波稳流控制电路原理,设计了一种稳流型高效PWM比例阀控制器。介绍了其组成和工作原理,并研究了其输出电流性质和功率效率。实验研究表明:这种比例阀控制器不仅电路结构简单、控制器体积更小、可智能控制和数字化通讯;而且能输出稳定电流,系统功率效率高。
According to chopper stabilized current control circuit, a stabilized current of high efficiency PWM proportional valve controller was designed. The character of output current and the efficiency of power were studied, and its composition and working principle were introduced. The experimental results indicate that the controller has simple circuit structure; small size, which realizes the intelligent control and digital communications, and has stabilized current output and high-efficiency, power.
