摘要
以非线性有限元分析软件Dynaform为平台,对典型圆筒件拉深的工艺过程及压边力的数值进行模拟,并对模拟结果进行了分析,表明利用Dynaform软件能快速确定合适的压边力值,提高产品质量。
The blank hold force in drawing of typical cylinder part was simulated based on the dynamic explicit non-linear finite element software Dynaform. The results of numerical simulation and analysis prove that proper blank hold force can be quickly con- firmed to improve the forming quality of drawing parts by Dynaform software.
