摘要
在数控加工中,通过插补实现对具有直线、圆弧或者更为复杂曲线的零件轮廓的加工。为了增强对数控插补原理的理解和认识,利用Visual Basic(VB)语言编程仿真实现经济型数控机床刀具对不同象限直线、圆弧插补过程的动态仿真,开发了对直线、圆弧插补过程的动态模拟软件。
To realize the contour machining of parts whose contour is constituted by line, circle or comparatively complicated curve, the NC interpolation was used in numerical control machining. To understand the principle of NC interpolation algorithm deeply, the dynamic simulating system which can simulate the tool interpolation route of economical NC machine was developed by Visual Basic to demonstrate the process of line interpolation and circle interpolation in the four different quadrant.
