Performance analysis and applicationin of automatic welding machines in the second WEGT project

西气东输二线工程管径大、压力高、运距长、安全性要求高,为提高施工质量和效率,自动焊技术成为重点推荐的施工方法。在分析自动焊技术优势的基础上,结合西气东输二线对自动焊设备的性能要求,介绍了该工程中自动焊工艺和设备的构成,并针对工程中采用的国内外自动焊设备,详细分析了其性能和技术特点,列举了两个不同配置的典型自动焊机组的现场应用情况,最后对自动焊设备应用中存在的问题进行了分析总结。

The second WEGT project has the character of large diameter,high pressure,long distance and high security requirement. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of construction,automatic welding is strongly recommended.Based on the analasis of the superiority of automatic welding,combining the requirements of the second WEGT project for the automatic welding machine,the composing of the automatic welding technology and machine are introduced.The characters and the performances of the automatic welding machines using in the second WEGT project are presented.Then the application examples of two different automatic welding sets are gived.At last the questions of automatic welding in the project are summarized.
