摘要
为了进一步推广应用轻便、高效节能的逆变焊机,从我国长输管道建设工程、施工队伍、焊接设备的概况入手,介绍了我国长输管道建设工程中常用的纤维素焊条下向焊、STTCO2气保焊、TIG焊、金属粉芯焊丝直流MAG等焊接方法和熊谷D7500/MDS-500/ZX7-400S-X逆变下向焊机、林肯V350-PRO/Invertec STTⅡ逆变焊机、米勒PipePro 450RFC逆变焊机等焊接设备,为用户选择焊接设备和工艺提供了参考。
In order to further promote and apply the light weight and energy efficient inverter welder,from the general situation of national long-distance pipeline construction project,construction team and welding equipment,this paper introduces the welding methods often used in national long-distance pipeline eonstruetion project,such as cellulose electrode vertical down welding,STY CO2 gas shielded welding/FIG welding and metal powder cored wire DC MAG welding,it also introduces the wehting equipments,such as Xionggu D7500/MDS-500/ZX7-400S-X inverter vertical down welder,Lincoln V350-PRO/Invertec STT Ⅱ inverter wehter and Miller PipePro 450RFC inverter welder.It provides a referenee fnr user to select welding equipment and technology.
