摘要 针对大口径厚壁管道的焊接,采用自行研制的全位置焊接机器人,研究和设计了一种新型厚壁全位置药芯焊丝自保护焊的工艺流程。根据该工艺流程,通过编写控制程序和示教,管外壁采用向上焊,管内壁采用向下焊的焊接工艺进行了试验。试验表明,随着焊接角度的增加,焊接电压逐渐增大,但增加幅度变小;焊接角度较小时,焊枪的角度也应较小,对应的机器小车行走速度可以适当增加。试验结果表明,该种焊接工艺完全适用于大型厚壁管道的自动化焊接。 Aiming at large diameter thick-wall pipe welding,a kind of craftwork flow used for all-position Flux-cored Arc Welding Self was designed based on all-position welding robot made by ourselves.According to the process, control procedures through the preparation and teaching,using up the outer wall using pipe welding,pipe welding down the inner wall of the use of welding technology was tested.The tests showed that the increase in angle with the welding,welding voltage gradually increases,but smaller increase;welding small angle ,the angle of torch should also be smaller,corresponding to the travoling speed of the welding carriage can he appropriately increased.Test results show that the welding process is fully applicable to the automation of large diameter thick-wall pipe welding.
