摘要
大型钢包用铝镁质浇注料可避免传统的含炭耐火材料对钢水的污染,并可较大幅度提高包龄。本文对镁砂、微粉的加入量及其粒度对浇注料的物理指标,特别是线变化率和结构剥落的影响进行了深入的研究,生产出了蚀损速率较小的大型钢包用铝镁质浇注料,并进行了成功的应用。
Using Al2O3-MgO castable in large ladle can avoid contamination of molten steel from carbon-containing refractories and increase ladle service life remarkably. The addition of magnesia and fine powder, the effect of grain size on the properties of the castable, especially linear change and structure spalling have been studied.Castable produced for large ladle with small wear rate has got good application result.
