管道焊接对焊接工艺、焊接材料、焊接设备等在效率、质量、稳定性和可靠性方面都提出了高要求。采用管道自动焊工艺,窄坡口接头,Miller Pipe Pro 450RFC焊接电源和CRCM300C焊接机头,Hobart金属粉芯焊丝Metalloy 80N1,以及Miller RMD打底技术打底,Pro Pulse技术填盖,充分发挥了金属粉芯焊丝自身的优势,在施工中达到了稳定,优质、高效的目标。

For the application of pipeline welding, it requires that the welding process, consumable materials and welding equipments are .all at a very high level on efficiency ,quality ,stability and reliability ,etc.The pipeline automatic welding process in this paper,uses narrow J-bevel joint,the equipments are Miller PipePro 450RFC welding power source and CRC M300C welding carriage,consumable materials are Hobart Metalloy 80N1 metal cored wire.Using RMD for root pass and Pro Pulse for fill and cap pass,exploit the advantages of metal cored wire to the full.This helps the project up to the target of stabilization, high quality and efficiency during construction.
