通过分析西气东输二线焊接工艺要求,制定了野外冬季低温环境下焊接技术保障措施。其措施包括:用防风棚建立封闭的、符合要求的作业环境;通过保温的方法,延缓焊缝冷却速度,避免产生严重的质量缺陷;加强人员、设备等管理确保冬季安全生产等。

This article has drawn up some measures to ensure continue field welding in winter through analyzing welding process requirement of The Second West-East Gas Transmission Pipeline Project.The measures include to establish a closed work circumstance to meet the welding requirements;To avoid serious defect generation by using warming tape to defer the speed of weld cool down;To ensure safety in winter production through reinforce the management on workers and equipments.
