摘要
为了提高废塑料再生制品的性能,考察了混杂增强处理以及增容处理等强化处理手段对废地膜混杂增强复合材料力学性能和结晶性能的影响。研究表明,混杂增强处理使废聚乙烯材料的抗弯和抗拉强度产生了协同效应;而经增容剂处理后,材料的力学性能亦有显著改善。当在废聚乙烯加入的增容剂质量分数为4%时,所得材料的拉伸强度和抗冲击强度分别混杂增强处理试样提高了11.37%和28.92%。DSC研究表明,经混杂增强处理和增容处理后,试样的结晶峰温度也分别比纯废聚乙烯材料高12.6℃和11.3℃。
The influences of hybrid reinforcement and compatibilizer added into waste PE on crystallization and mechanical performance of waste PE were studied in order to improve the mechanical performance of waste PE. The results show that the hybrid reinforcement of waste PE cause the positive synergistic effect appearing in bending resistance and tensile strength of waste PE. At the same time, the addition of compatibilizer also made the waste PE enjoy better mechanical performance. DSC result indicates the crystallization peak temperatures of composite are increased by 12.6℃ and 11.3℃ respectively with hybrid reinforcement treatment and adding compatibilizer.
