锂离子电池预充工艺研究

Study on Pre-charge Technics of Lithium Ion Cell

采用开口和闭口的工艺对锂离子电池的预充做了对比。分析了两种预充工艺下电芯内电解液重量的一致性,满电电芯极片的外观、电芯的外观,成品电芯容量、内阻、过充、循环性能。对两种预充方式做了技术经济分析。结果表明:采用开口预充的工艺能有效地改善电芯外观、容量、内阻、过充和循环性能,开口预充技术可行、经济合理。

Open and close ora pre - charge technics of lithium ion cell were contrasted. Consistency of electrolyte weight in cell, appearance of cathode electrode when cell was charged fully, appearance of cell, capacity, resistance, over charge, performance of cycle were analyzed in two pre - charge technics. Technology and economy of two pre - charge technics were analyzed. The research shows that appearance of cell, capacity, resistance, over charge, performance of cycle can been improved effectively in the Open ora technics. Technology and economy are reasonable.
