针对IC卡电话机的故障通常很难得到及时解决的情况,提出了基于WebGIS和GPRS短消息技术的管理系统;把地图独特的视觉化效果和地理分析功能与一般的数据库操作集成在一起,用户通过网络页面可以实时查询IC卡电话机的故障信息,使城市管理更加科学化、系统化。实现了节省开支,提高故障定位精度、缩短故障排除时间、降低管理成本的目的,有一定的社会和经济效益。

This paper provides an idea of management system based on WebGIS and GPRS to timely detect and remove defects of IC card phones. This system integrates common operations of database with the unique visual effect of map and geographic analysis functions so as to enable customers to check and report IC card phone failures in real time on the network pages, which improves the management level of IC card phone. In the light of this system, breakdowns can be located and solved precisely and quickly with lower cost. So, this system has social benefits and economic performance.
