Based on the explanation of property and characteristics about the activities of quality management groups, main problems existing in conducting activities of quality management groups in enterprises are analyzed. It is thought that important measures of carrying out activities of quality management groups effectively include the following aspects： improving the quality of members in quality management groups, transforming the role of quality management group, innovating the activity mode of quality management group, organizing the effective and practical activity teams, conducting the continuous quality education, establishing management system of quality management activities and the pushing system of people-centered activities of quality management groups.
