HPLC测定乳癖安消片中盐酸小檗碱的含量

Determination of Berberine in Rupi Anxiao Pian by HPLC

目的:建立乳癖安消片中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定,用C18柱(150×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈:0.1%磷酸(50:50)为流动相,检测波长265nm。结果:盐酸小檗碱的线性范围为0.172μg～1.29μg;相关系数r=0.9995,平均回收率为98.92%,RSD=1.11%(n=5)。结论:所用方法测定样品灵敏度高,重复性好,能有效地控制乳癖安消片的质量。

Objective：To establish method for the determination of berberine in Rupi Anxiao Plan; Methods：The separation was carried out on C 18 （ 150 ×4.6mm, 5 μm） column; The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile- H3 PO4 （50： 50 ）, Detection wavelength was 265 nm; Results： The linear range of berberine was 0.172μg - 1.29μg （ r = 0.9995 ） ; Average recovery was 98.92 % （ RSD = 1.11% ; n = 5 ）. Conclusion： This method was accurate,rapid,reproducible and suitable for the quality control of this preparation.
