不断发生的"人肉搜索"事件引起了人们对这一新兴事物很多思考。"人肉搜索"它有其积极的一面,但同时也带来了巨大的不良社会效应,很多事件表明,如果不对"人肉搜索"加以合理的引导与规范,"人肉搜索"会突破理性与法律的界限,成为侵犯他人正当权益的强大工具。

Many human-flesh search incidents inspire people to think the new thing. Human-flesh search has its positive side, but also brings huge bad effect, many events implied that human- flesh search will break the law and rational limits if there is no proper guide and administrative control, consequently, it will become the powerful weapon to infringe others＇ legitimate rights and interests. The author makes some legal considerations on such problems.
