摘要
针对当前中小学校长培训工作中存在的突出问题,结合工作实际,从培训内容、培训方式、评价体系等方面,提出了注重需求调研、完善培训管理、创新培训模式、加强对话研讨、开发网络资源等对策,力求提高培训的针对性和实效性。
Contraposing the problems in the current principals training ,with the practice, and aiming to heighten the pertincy and actual effect, This paper bring forward the following countermeasures on the contents, the ways , management, and evaluation of the principals training:pay attention to the research of the requiement, to improve the management, to innovate the mode, to strenghen the research and dialog, and to develop the internet resource ect.
