On the Connotation and Value of River's Ethics

河流伦理是一种前瞻性的、面向生态文明的伦理。在现阶段我国经济发展与水资源矛盾十分尖锐的情况下,迫切需要河流伦理来调节经济活动。"河流伦理"对于我们人类是一种责任伦理,即在实现社会经济活动目标的同时,更多地关注对河流健康所担负的责任和义务。建构河流伦理的最终目的是实现人类社会与河流生态系统的协同发展。

River ethics is foresight and ecocivilization - oriented. At present the glaring contradiction between national economy devel- opment and water resource calls for the adjustment of economy made by ethics. River ethics is a kind of duty ethics which asks us to as- sume more responsibility for river health when performing social and economic activities. The ultimate goal of river ethics construction is to coordinate social development and river ecosystem development.
