摘要
海事强制令是一项重要的海事诉讼法律制度,对于保护海事请求人的合法权益具有重要意义。本文对海事强制令适用的法律程序进行了论述。
Maritime injunction is an important maritime procedure legal system and is significant for protecting the maritime claimant＇s legitimate rights and interests. This article describes the legal procedure of maritime injunction＇s application.
