摘要
对双氧水工业生产用氢气的质量要求作了说明,对国内双氧水装置常见的氢气来源进行了概述,主要有氯碱工业和氯酸盐工业电解副产氢气,化肥工业弛放气,甲醇裂解制氢,煤、天然气和石油制氢等;并对膜提纯、变压吸附提纯、脱氯脱氧工艺提纯等几种典型的氢气预处理提纯方法的原理、特点和应用条件作了简要介绍。
The quality requirement of hydrogen for the hydrogen peroxide industrial production is described, and the common source of hydrogen for domestic hydrogen peroxide production units is outlined, mainly including by-product hydrogen from electrolytic course in the chlor-aikali and chlorate industry, fertilizer industry purge gas, hydrogen made from methanol cracking, coal, natural gas and oil, etc. The principle, characteristics and application conditions of several typical pre-treatment purification methods such as purification by membrane, pressure swing adsorption（PSA）, dechlorination and deoxidization process are briefly introduced.
