阐述了蒽醌法生产过氧化氢中所用钯催化剂的装填、活化、应用和再生等过程的优化控制和注意事项,并对出现的催化剂粉碎、结块、蒽醌降解、氢效低、催化剂中毒等常见问题进行了原因分析,提出了具体的预防措施和处理办法。
Optimal control and precautions during the loading, activation, application and regeneration of Pd-catalyst in hydrogen peroxide production are expounded. The causes of the frequent problems such as catalyst comminution, agglomeration, anthraquinone degradation, low hydrogen-generation efficiency, catalyst deactivation are analyzed. The detailed preventive measures and treatment methods are put forward.
