A Summary of Researches of Knowledge Management in Llibrary Abroad

从图书馆知识管理的基础理论、图书馆员在知识管理中的作用及图书馆中的知识管理实践三个方面综述了国外图书馆知识管理研究所取得的成果,对其进行总结和评价,为我国在图书馆知识管理研究与实践应用方面提供借鉴与启示。

By summarizing the achievements of knowledge management in library abroad,which is basic theory,librarian and practice,the paper summries and evaluates on that,so as to provide references and inspirations for the Library Knowledge Management in china.The research results show that the basic research of the Library Knowledge Management is relatively weak,and that the practice is still in the proping stage.The paper lastly points out that these problems will become the focus of further research.
