摘要
运用傅里叶转换红外光谱技术对野生人参进行分析,得到了野生人参的特征吸收峰,分别为1 736,1 104和1 050 cm-1,它们分别是人参脂类和多糖的特征吸收;同时运用二阶导数谱进一步增强红外光谱的分辨率,丰富了人参的红外信息;对不同生长方式的人参进行了分析,证明红外光谱技术可为野生人参的分析鉴别提供一套快速有效的方法.
FT-IR technology has been employed for the analysis of wild Ginseng, and its characteristic absorption peaks have been obtained. In the IR spectra, the characteristic peaks are 1 736, 1 104 and 1 050 cm^-1 , which represent fat and amylase respectively. Meanwhile the secondary derivative IR spectra has been used and further enhances the apparent resolution and amplifies the information of IR spectrum. Finally, the characteristic absorption peaks of wild Ginsengs are applied to analysis Ginseng growing in different condition. Therefore FT-IR technology provides a more rapid and effective method for the discrimination of wild Ginsengs.
