摘要
对二极管电流方程中m值的测定进行了实验研究。结果表明,m值随正向电压变化而变化。对于锗二极管,m存在一个最小值;对于硅二极管,m值随正向电压的增大而减小。
The measurement of the value of m in diode current equation was studied by experiment. The experimental resuits show that the value of m in diode current equation is variational with direct voltage. For germanium diode, the m exists as minimum value, but for silicium diode, the value of the m is decreasing with the increasing of direct voltage.
