Study on the Method of Na_2CO_3 Saponification C_9 - MA Resin

对Na_2CO_3皂化C_9—MA树脂的方法进行了研究。加入石蜡可改变C_9一MA树脂的皂化效果。讨论了石蜡、Na_2CO_3和水的加入量、水的硬度、皂化温度及搅拌速度对C_9一MA树脂皂化及形成乳液的影响。用这种方法制成的C_9一MA乳液粒度小、稳定性好。并给出了这种乳液在造纸上的应用结果。

The method of C9 - MA resins saponified with Na2CO3 has been researched. Wax was used to improve the properties of C9 - MA emulsbn.The particle size and stability of C9 - MA emulsion were also affected by almost all factors involved in the added amounts of Na2CO3, Wax, Water and temperature agitation.The results of the emulsion applied in paper were also given.
