Optimization of Assay Methods for Total Flavonoids in Herba Epimedii

【目的】比较不同测定方法对中药淫羊藿总黄酮含量测定的影响。【方法】分别采用《中国药典》(2005版)方法(药典法)和《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003版)中2种方法(检验一法和检验二法)测定。【结果】3批淫羊藿药材中,药典法所测总黄酮含量均值为27.21g/kg,检验一法所测总黄酮含量均值为9.22g/kg,检验二法测得的总黄酮含量均值为8.21g/kg。【结论】采用保健食品检验二法测定淫羊藿总黄酮含量更为简便、合理,可考虑作为淫羊藿中黄酮类物质含量测定的首选方法。

Objective To compare the influence of different assay methods on the content of total flavonoids in Herba Epimedii. Methods Total flavonoids were determined by the methods issued in 2005 edition of China Pharmacopeia （CP） and in 2003 edition of Test and Evaluation Technical Norms of Health Food （TETN-HF）. Results The average content of total flavonoids in three batches of Herba Epimedii was 27.21 g/kg detected by CP method, 9. 22 g/kg by TETN-HF method one, and 8.21 g/kg by TETN-HF method two. Conclusion TETN-HF method two is simple and reasonable for the content determination of total flavonoids in Herba Epimedii, and can be used as the optimal method.
