摘要
大泡性角膜病变(bullous keratopathy,BK)是角膜内皮细胞功能失代偿的晚期表现,是临床上常见的致盲性角膜病。目前,临床上关于BK的治疗方法主要有药物治疗、配戴角膜接触镜及手术治疗等。其中,穿透性角膜移植术一直是公认的治疗BK的首选方法,但新近开展的角膜内皮移植术的逐渐应用,已显示出它在治疗BK方面的独特优势。本文就BK的治疗方面的进展做一综述。
Bullous keratopathy is late appearance of decomp corneal endothelium function. It is a common clinic blindness ceratonosus. At present, the treatment of bullous keratopathy include drugs, corneal contact lens and operation. Among the above, penetrating keratoplasty is a leader method to treat bullous keratopathy. However,corneal endothelium keratoplasty has displayed ascendancy and applied clinically. This paper review the treatment of bullous keratopathy.
