摘要
生殖道感染性疾病与阴道菌群失调存在一定的相关性,其中阴道乳酸杆菌对维持阴道正常菌群起着至关重要的作用,不同民族及种族对病原体易感染性不同。本文综述了少数民族阴道菌群的研究,进一步探讨引起这种差异的可能因素,希望对临床研究及治疗提供参考和借鉴。
Urogenital infections of bacterial origin are related to ecological disorder of the vaginal microflore. Lactobacilli play an important role in maintenance vaginal health. The pathogenic microorganisms and the risk of infection are different in different ethnicity. In order to find the possible effects, we review the composition of the microflora of the vagina in ethnicity,providing reference for the clinical study and therapy.
