摘要
以Al2O3为导热填料,制备了热硫化导热硅橡胶。考察了5种表面处理剂六甲基二硅氮烷、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷(A-172)、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯对Al2O3填充硅橡胶性能的影响。结果发现,这5种表面处理剂均能提高硅橡胶的热导率及拉伸强度;其中A-172的效果最好,添加A-172后样品的热导率(0.616 W/m.K)比未加表面处理剂时(0.546 W/m.K)提高了12.7%。A-172的较佳用量为Al2O3质量的2%。表面处理剂对硅橡胶导热性能的影响应该是"桥联"和"包覆"共同作用的结果。
Thermally conductive silicone rubbers filled with Al2O3 were prepared. The effects of Al2O3 surface treatment such as MMN, A 151, A 172, KH -550, NDZ 401 on the properties of Al2O3/silicone rubbers were studied. It was found that all five surface treatments helped improve the thermal conductivity and tensile strength of Al2O3 filled silicone rubber. The best resulted were achieved with A - 172 agents. Compared with untreated Al2O3 filled silicone rubber (0.546 W/m.K) , the thermal conductivity increased by 12. 7% (0. 616 W/m ·K). The optimal ratio of A - 172/Al2O3 was 2%. It is considered that both "coupling" and "packing" effects of the surface treatment were the key factors influencing the thermal conductivity of silicone rubber.
