利用回收的聚苯乙烯（ＰＳ）泡沫塑料制备了一种价格低廉并具有优良的装饰效果和耐水性的水包油型多彩涂料。介绍了其基本组成和制备工艺，讨论了制备过程中的各种影响因素。
A kind of colour paint of oil in water type with good decoration and resistance to water has been prepared from the waste polystyrene foamed plastic. The preparing process and some technical facts as well as the paint composition were present.
