摘要
历年施肥情况统计表明，农作物增产的幅度大大低于用肥量增加的幅度。为有效解决这一问题，应在全省范围内建立农化服务体系，指导和帮助农民平衡施肥，科学施肥，提高化肥利用率和肥效。
The statistics show that the extent of increase in farm crops was big lower than one in fertilizer contents. In order to solve the problem, it should be done to set up the service system for agricultural chemistry in the range of our province, to guide peasant in balanced spreading manure and scientific utilization of fertilizer and to raise utilization ratio and efficiency of fertilizer.
