摘要
对断裂的花键轴进行了断口宏微观观察、化学成分分析、金相组织检查、硬度检测及静态拉伸测试。结果表明:花键轴的断裂性质为疲劳断裂;花键轴的显微组织中存在魏氏组织,导致其硬度和强度低于技术要求,是造成花键轴断裂的根本原因。
The fracture reason of the spline shaft was analyzed by fracture observation, chemical composition analysis, metallurgical structure observation, hardness test and tensile test. The result shows that the fracture mode is fatigue fracture. The fracture is mainly caused by the lower hardness and strength which resulted from the Widmanstatten structure existing in the structure of the spline shaft.
