摘要
仅以甲酸、水合肼、甲酰胺为原料,采用分段反应、双管加料的方式合成1,2,4—三唑。反应混合物经冷却、过滤即可得到粗产品。本研究还对其反应料比、保温时间等工艺条件做了详细讨论对比,提出了较为合理的合成路线和工艺条件。
Only formic acid,hydrazine hydrate and formamide used as raw materials and sectionalization reaction adopted and two pipe adding materials 1,2,4-triazole was synthesized.After cooling and filtration the coarse product was obtained.The rational synthesis route and conditions were put forward by discussing and comparating some technology conditions such as materials' ratios and insulating time.
