摘要
报道了以3,5-二羟基苯甲酸为起始原料合成3,5-二羟基苯乙酮的方法,并讨论了其优惠工艺条件。该工艺流程短、成本低。总收率为41%,原药纯度达到98%,熔点144℃~146℃。
The method of synthesizing 3,5-dihydroxyacetophenone with 3,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid as starting material is reported,and the optimum synthesis conditions are discussed.This method was featured by shorter processing time and lower costing.The total yield is 41%,the purity of the product can reach 98%,and the melting point is 144℃~146℃。
