电场作用下w/o型乳状液液滴的极化模型及计算 被引量:5

摘要 为了更好地研究电场破乳的动力学机理,以单水滴为研究对象,建立电场作用下油中椭球形水滴的极化模型,研究w/o型(油包水)乳化油进行电场破乳脱水过程中水滴的极化特性,分析水滴极化的影响因素,推导体系中各个基本要素的关系式。分别对电场作用下水滴在向日葵油、棕榈油和校准油中的极化强度进行模拟计算。结果表明,电场中油水界面张力及油的介电常数均对水滴的极化产生直接影响;基于椭球形水滴的极化模型得出水滴单位体积极化率相对于基于圆球形水滴极化模型的结果有明显改善,低压区和高压区的最大相对误差分别为22.5%和13.5%。利用椭球形水滴的极化模型分析水滴的极化特性对深入研究乳化油电场破乳动力学机理具有积极意义。 In order to explore the electrodynamics mechanism of electro-demulsification deeply, taking singular water droplet as a research object, ellipsoidal droplet polarization model under electric field is established. Droplet' s polarization characteristic in the process of electro-demulsification and its interrelated affecting factors are analyzed. Formula about each of basic parameter in system is obtained. It is simulated and calculated that polarization per unit volume of a droplet, respectively in sunflower oil, palm oil and calibration oil. The results show that oil-water interface tension and ratio of oil and water permittivity have an influence on droplet' s polarization directly. Relative error of droplet' s polarization per unit volume by spherical drop model and ellipsoidal drop model is 22.5% in low electric field and 13.5% in high electric field. Therefore, ellipsoidal droplet polarization model is better for studying technology of electro-separating, which is used in oil and petroleum industries.
