采用密排型短圆柱滚子轴承提高重型汽车变速箱可靠性

摘要 可靠性设计是近代产品设计的先进方法之一。用户对产品的可靠性的需求越来越高,使得新产品研制开发过程中必须认真进行现有产品的失效分析,对所确定的可靠性指标进行事前评价,预测产品的可靠性和制造工艺的可能性与适应性。文章通过在汽车变速箱设计中采用新的密排短圆柱滚子轴承,其产品试制后保留过台架和装车道路试验的初步结果,说明采用密排滚子轴承是提高变速箱可靠性的有效手段。 Stability design is one of advanced methods for product design in modern time. The stability requirement for production is higher and higher, we must perform a failure analysis for current product in new product R&D and make a pre-evaluation oil stability index for forecasting the product stability, processing feasibility and applicability. Through the application of tight short cylindrical roller bearing in our company's transmission R&D and the result for bench test and loading test, this thesis will discuss the application of tight short cylindrical roller bearing which is an effective means for improving the transmission stability.
