摘要
振动切削是近年来发展起来的一种新型切削加工技术与理论,它能获得普通切削无法比拟的工艺效果。文中对振动切削机理进行理论分析;建立了低频振动切削实验系统;进行了低频振动切削与普通切削的对比实验研究,实验及分析结果表明随振动频率提高,主切削力明显下降;在实验结果和理论分析基础上,给出了低频振动切削中正确选择振动参数的方法。
Vibratory cutting is a new metal machining process and theory, which has been developed only recently. It has many advantages that conventional metal cutting cannot attain. Theoretical analyses are carried out in vibratory metal cutting. The experiment system for the vibration cutting with low frequency is tried and established. Comparison investigations are undertaken between the vibratory cutting with low frequency conventional cutting. The experiments and analysis indicate that with the vibration frequency improving, the main cutting force decrease obviously. Based on experiments results and theoretical analysis, the way of selecting vibration parameters in the low-frequency vibration cutting is given.
