摘要
文章主要介绍了扇形段修复工艺流程的优化过程及采取辊子更换,对弧,调整设备冷却水系统压力和喷淋水系统等措施。修复工艺流程,通过优化后取得了提高质量、节省了时间、能耗和减轻劳动压度等良好的经济效果。
This paper mainly intrduced the cause of optimizing for the process of segment maintaining.In order to improve the process of segment main taining,replacing roller,adjusting the cooling system pressure and spraying water system measures should be taken.According to optimizing process,the economical effects of improving quality,saving time and energy,reducing the labor intensity can be reaehen.
