循环平稳分析方法在交流电机轴承故障诊断中的应用

摘要 通过分析电机轴承故障时的振动信号特性,证明这个非平稳信号具有周期平稳性,讨论循环平稳信号的循环自相关函数特性;并经循环平稳解调性的分析,提出利用循环谱对电机轴承故障振动信号进行模拟仿真诊断,证明利用循环平稳分析方法能够快速有效地识别出轴承故障。 It is certified that non-stationary signal is a steady cycle through analyzing the characteristic of vibration signal when the induction motor bearing has fault during work .After discussing the cyclic autocorrelation function of cyclic steady signal and analyzing the cyclic steady demodulation, this article simulates and diagnoses the induction motor bearing by utilizing circulation spectrum . At last , we make the conclusion that the method of circulation stable analysis can identify the bearing' s fault quickly and efficiently .
