摘要
采用虚拟样机技术对某齿轮减速器进行了仿真研究。运用三维建模软件Pro/E建立了减速器的实体模型,且利用ADAMS软件分析了其运动仿真,并与理论计算做了对比,验证了仿真的正确性,对后续的减速器设计与动力学分析提供了指导意义。
This paper makes the simulating analysis of gear speed reducer by using virtual prototype. It also simulates the solid model based on Pro/E, and analyzes the kinematic simulation with the help of ADAMS. with the comparision of simulation resule and theoretic result, it rerifies the simulation, which lay a good foundation for further design and dynamic analysis of gear reducers.
