试论我国氮肥工业发展战略

On Development Strategies of Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry in China

分析我国氮肥工业的历史与现状，提出今后的发展战略：确立氮肥工业持续发展的观点；对现有氮肥厂进行增产节能改造并新建大型化装置；中小型厂不宜在原有技术基础上进行新（扩）建；新建大型装置的原料应以天然气为主；技术路线宜选用已引进的当代先进水平的节能工艺并逐步实现国产化。

The author analyzes the history and current situations of the nitrogen fertilizer industry in China and addresses the strategies for future development, i.e. set the view point of continuous development, carry out the energy conservation, technical modification and revamping for the existing nitrogen fertilizer plants and build largescale new plants. For the medium and smallscale plants it is not proper to build or extend on the basis of outofdate technologies. Basically the natural gas should be used as the feedstock of the newlybuilt largescale plants and it is recommended to use the advanced energy conservation process introduced from foreign countries for the new plants, which should be nationalized and customized gradually according to the local conditions.
