从技术管理的视角讨论工程公司技术进步与自身发展的关系。指出技术进步是工程公司发展的根本途径，而技术管理成功与否则直接影响到公司技术能否进步；针对目前国内工程公司技术管理现状提出对策。

The relationship between technical improvement and selfdevelopment of the engineering corporation is studied and discussed from the view point of technical management. The author points out that the technical improvement is the basic approach for the development of engineering corporation and whether the technical management is successful or not shall affect directly to whether the technology of the corporation can be improved or not. The countermeasures for technical management of the engineering corporation based on the current situation are also provided.
