摘要
用自由基化学接枝共聚的方法制作聚丙烯香烟滤材,以提高其表面能,增加自粘性。本试验对聚丙烯接枝共聚反应条件进行了研究,运用正交法、方差分析法找出了最佳聚合条件(如活性单体的种类、单体浓度、引发剂种类及浓度、反应时间等)。
The polypropylene used for making cigarette filters was prepared with the process of free radical graft copolymerization in order to raise the selfadhesive power and surface energy of the PP.The factors affected the graft copolymerization reaction were studied. The optimum polymerization conditions such as the kind and concentration of the active monomers, the kind and concentration of the initiators and the reaction time were determined by means of orthogonal method and variance analysis.
