摘要
研究了三元乙丙橡胶熔融接枝甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)的接枝反应温度、过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)及GMA用量对EPDM-g-GMA/NR动态硫化共混物力学性能的影响。结果表明:与直接静态硫化胶相比,动态硫化胶的拉伸强度提高了48.2%;接枝反应温度为160℃、DCP用量为0.3份、GMA用量为3~5份时,动态硫化共混物的力学性能较好。另外红外光谱测试结果表明,在EPDM上已成功接枝了GMA。
he melt grafting of glycidyl methacrylate (GMA)onto ethylene propylen diene monomer(EPDM)using dicumyl peroxide (DCP)as radical initiator was studied ,and the influence of grafting temperature, the amount of DCP and GMA on dynamically vulcanized EPDM/NR blends was investigated. The success of grafting GMA onto EPDM was characterized by FTIR. The test of tensile strength of EPDM-g-GMA/NR blends prepared by dynamic vulcanization showed that the cure compatibility of EPDM and NR was greatly improved.
