With starting with special moulding regularity of UPVC profile and pipe, various problems occuring in moulding directly UPVC powder by single- screw extruder are discussed. It is pointed out that special design for IKV system, functional screw, controlled vented barrel,metering feed and temperature control by screw is the key points of moulding directly UPVC powder. The applications of the single - screw extruder to production are also presented.
